Participants and relevant supervisors should jointly check records from 2021 of digital-tool learning, workplace coaching or employee feedback before submission. Focus on the problems staff needed to solve in actual tasks, the operations they could perform after learning and the support still required. Course attendance, sign-in records or completion certificates do not establish the ability to undertake all related work independently.
Match learning to job tasks
Identify the tool, task, learning method and coach, with necessary practice examples or work outputs. Distinguish demonstrations from live business work and handle customer or internal data according to permissions beforehand. For jointly completed tasks, state each individual's contribution rather than attributing the entire result to one participant.
Separate skills from operating conditions
For errors or application difficulties, check whether causes involved understanding, limited practice or conditions such as network access, permissions and data rules. Include supervisor observations and participants' explanations, retaining task context where views differ. A single test or successful operation describes that occasion and cannot be the sole basis for sustained competency claims.
Add feedback and archival details
The Association Office will request missing task context or application evidence. Date new interviews and store them separately from records created in 2021; clearly identify information that cannot be recovered. Submitters should verify attribution and permitted use before confirming the archival version. If inaccuracies or permission changes arise later, identify the affected entry and supply correction evidence.
