Notice on Archiving Management Research Materials and Confirming Versions for 2025

Organize sources, versions and permissions for 2025 research materials, distinguishing working records, research outputs and public files.

For literature, interviews, analyses and outputs relating to management research in 2025, submitters should appoint an archive contact and index materials by research question. The index must identify actual dates and sources. For multiyear projects, include only the portions formed or used in that year; do not relabel later revisions as original 2025 drafts.

Separate material categories and storage locations

List references, collection records, analytical files and outputs separately, recording names, version identifiers, storage locations and responsible roles. For public downloads, retain the publisher, access source and relevant version; explain permissions for internal material. Large quantities of unrelated attachments are unnecessary, and an index is not itself proof that materials have been verified.

Check contributions and revision relationships

Joint research should identify actual collection, analysis, writing or review contributions. Preserve links between versions and reasons for merged content, revised charts and changed conclusions. Check interviewee confirmation, citation permission and authorship separately; participation in one stage does not imply consent to publish the whole text.

Supplement archives and confirm public files

The archive contact submits the index, missing-item explanations and pending permissions through the current business channel. Date and identify sources of added files; retain records of unrecoverable materials rather than fabricate replacement originals. Separately check personal information, trade secrets and citation boundaries, and obtain necessary confirmation before determining public content.
