Actual users and authors should separately explain their roles in materials relating to the application of management research methods, work templates or case recommendations in 2023. Identify what was used, for which business activity and with what modifications. Downloads, citations or participation in discussions alone do not demonstrate application. Keep discussion materials that never entered actual operations separate from implementation records.
Confirm content used and implementation conditions
List the original resource, version, adopted portions and permissions, together with implementing roles, resources and scope boundaries. Where methods were adapted, retain the reasons and the version actually used. Authors' advice and business decisions are distinct responsibilities; advice must not be presented as a commitment to bear full responsibility for outcomes.
Record feedback and applicability limits
Feedback should cover useful elements, difficulties and additional burdens, supported by relevant task records. Changes observed in a limited pilot do not represent all operations. Explain differences in industry, scale or conditions from the original case. Where data are insufficient, report implementation and observed questions rather than describing projected benefits as sustained business results.
Handle revisions and link archive records
The Association Office will check completeness against the inventory and request missing sources, application evidence or permissions. Preserve authors' and users' separate explanations and unresolved points where they disagree on revisions. Link original resources, application versions and feedback in the archive. External publication, changes to author details or expanded use all require renewed authorization checks.
