Notice on Organising Management Responsibility Records Relating to 2016

Distinguish job titles, actual duties and delegated authority in records for the relevant year.

Existing responsibility descriptions, assignments and work records concerning management experience in 2016 may be organised under this notice. Focus on verifiable work: what was managed, with whom and which decisions were authorised. Ordinary participation must not be described as sole responsibility, and this process does not retrospectively establish a position in the Association.

Select verifiable work matters

Choose relevant retained task orders, departmental descriptions, correspondence or delivery records, identifying the institution, period and scope. If duties are not stated, provide a separate explanation identifying supporting records. Separate recollections from contemporary documents; memory alone is not verified performance of duties.

Separate responsibilities and decision authority

For joint work, distinguish proposal development, coordination, professional processing and execution. Coordinating does not imply approval authority, and a title alone does not establish responsibility for every outcome. List differences between versions or contradictory records rather than removing unfavourable or inconsistent portions.

Preserve explanations and revisions

Attach an index linking each principal responsibility to a specific document or contactable source. Confirm permitted use of third-party or internal information. Date explanations and corrections when actually prepared and retain preceding versions. Before submission, confirm current receipt requirements through the available channel.
